According to a recent small study, it is possible to reverse your biological age by 3.23 years in just short 8 weeks time! All you have to do is to implement some simple dietary and lifestyle changes!

The study conducted a randomized controlled clinical trial among 43 healthy men between the ages of 50-72. The men were involved in a 8-week treatment program, which included diet, sleep, exercise and relaxation guidance, and supplemental probiotics and phytonutrients. That’s it. sleep prescription was a minimum of 7 hours of sleep per night

exercise weekly prescription was minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day for at least 5 days per week, at an intensity of 60-80% of maximum perceived exertion

stress management prescription was to use breath exercises minimum 2 time a day

among supplement prescriptions was a combination of organic vegetables, fruits, seeds, herbs, plant enzymes, prebiotics and probiotics at a dose of 2 servings daily; and probiotics containing Lactobacillus plantarum at a dose of 2 capsules daily.
