Food turned to be a promising way to prevent dementia. A recent study shows that not only what you eat, but also what products you combine with each other and how diverse your diet is, can influence the risk of developing dementia.

Researchers discovered that more diversity in your diet and the more healthy food you eat, the less risk of dementia you have. Why is that? It seems that diversity in different food combinations makes you less dependent on the effects of unhealthy products, such as processed meat (e.g. sausages, meat products and pates).

Isn’t that good news for the processed food lovers? Yes, processed food is unhealthy, but if you at least combine it with some diverse healthy vegetables, legumes, or seafood, you’ll feel not that guilty because it is better then only processed food.
