We know that magnesium, B vitamins, green tea and rhodiola extracts on their own help relieve stress and anxiety. But what happens if they are combined? Will they enhance each other in their effect?

To find this out, a recent small study conducted a double blind, randomized experiment. 100 moderately stressed healthy adults received different combinations of supplements of magnesium, green tea, rhodiola extracts and B vitamins and placebo. Then the participants underwent acute stress exposure to measure their reaction to stress. It turned out that those with the combined 4 supplements showed the best results in coping with stress.
