A recent research reviewed existing 41 observational studies with 792.500 participants to investigate a possible relation between BMI (body mass index) and different types of headaches.

Researchers came to conclusion that participants with either underweight or overweight had an increased risk for migraine. This link between BMI and migraine was nonlinear. The risk was the lowest with BMI around 20 kg/m² and increased at BMI above 29 kg/m².

Isn’t it an another good reason to keep your weight onder control within the normal BMI (18,5 kg/m² and 25 kg/m²)?
